Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026

Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login secure. You may invite profile managers to help run your page; you remain responsible for what they publish on your behalf. Accounts may be suspended where content breaches these terms.

Free and Pro plans

PlayerOS offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Current Pro pricing, billing intervals and the platform fee applied to each plan are shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard, and are the authoritative figures — they are configured in one place in the product rather than restated here.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a renewal payment fails, Pro features remain available for a short grace period before the account returns to the Free plan. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Selling products

Athletes are the seller of record for everything they list. You are responsible for the accuracy of listings, for fulfilling physical orders, for holding the rights to any digital file you sell, and for your own tax obligations. PlayerOS deducts the platform fee for your plan and the payment processing fee from each sale; the remainder is recorded as your net earnings.

Payouts

Net earnings are tracked in your earnings statement. Payouts are currently arranged manually by PlayerOS rather than paid out automatically — see the earnings screen for the current status of any balance.

Advertising and sponsorship

PlayerOS may display advertising on public athlete pages. Pro athletes can turn platform advertising off for their own page. Where PlayerOS brokers a direct sponsorship deal, the commission applied is the rate shown against that deal in your dashboard.

Acceptable use

Do not publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content, do not impersonate another person, and do not attempt to access data belonging to another athlete. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this.

Liability and changes

The service is provided as-is and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to account holders. These clauses in particular need legal review before launch, including the governing law and limitation-of-liability wording, which is not yet drafted.
